The New Residential Area Will Consist Of Several Housing Types With A Different Number Of Housing Units Per Housing Type. In Addition, The Project Includes A Garage Building (Carport) And Outdoor Areas With Parking And Green Areas. The Plots Will Be Taken Over As They Appear As Of Today. Preparation Of Roads And Plot Areas For The Homes Has Been Carried Out In A Previous Contract, And Water And Sewage Systems As Well As Electrical Infrastructure Have Been Brought Up To The Plot Boundary. The Buildings Are To Be Erected With A Support System In Solid Wood. An Option Price Must Also Be Given For Execution With A Standard Traveling Structure With A Similar Function. The Project Is Divided Into Three Areas: Area 1: Three Residential Buildings (Housing Type 04, 06 And 07), Garage Building (Carport), Central Heating System, Shared Buried Waste Disposal Facility As Well As Delivery And Installation Of A Solar Cell System Area 2: Four Residential Buildings (Housing Type 02 And Detached House) Area 3: Two Residential Buildings (Detached House And Three-Family House) Refer To The Competition Basis For A Detailed Description Of Each Area And The Interface Between The Areas.
