The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Obtain Assistance For The Development Of An Activity-Based Workplace Concept With Associated Overall Spatial Solutions And Concept Drawings, As Well As To Establish A Professional Basis For Deciding On Possible Introduction, Further Planning And Implementation. The Work Will Result In A Decision-Making Basis That Safeguards Organizational, Working Environment And Spatial Goals For Ålesund Town Hall. The Basis For Decision-Making Must Further Support Goals For An Appropriate And Efficient Use Of Land, Increased Joint Use And Co-Location Of Functions Where This Provides Added Value, Good Working Environments, Effective Interaction And A Sustainable Development Of The Town Hall As A Workplace. Notes To The Agreement: The Assignment Includes Administrative Workplaces And Associated Common Areas In The High-Rise Block And Low-Rise Block, Including Office Workplaces, Meeting Rooms, Reception, Service Square And Relevant Public Areas. The Assignment Shall Include Assessments Of Joint Use And Co-Location Of Relevant Functions, Predefined By The Client Within The Scope Of The Assignment. Service Locations Outside The Town Hall Are Not Covered By The Assignment. If There Is A Need To Assess Adjacent Areas Or Functions In Order To Ensure Holistic Solutions, This Must Be Clarified With The Client.
