The Vancouver Island Regional Library Is Seeking Experienced And Qualified Proponents To Provide Janitorial Services, For Its Port Hardy Branch Located At 7110 Market St, Port Hardy, B.C. The Floor Area Is Approximately 2,700 Square Feet. (See Schedule A-3 –Port Hardy Branch Floor Plan) The Library Intends To Award The Contract For An Initial Three (3) Year Term Commencing On Or About August 1, 2026 To July 31, 2029, Which May Be Extended By Up To Two (2), One (1) Year Renewal Options At The Sole Discretion Of Vancouver Island Regional Library To July 31, 2031. All Pricing Must Be Fixed For The Duration Of The Contract. Extension Of The Term Of This Contract Shall Be Subject To Mutual Agreement Of Financial And Other Terms Negotiated By The Parties To This Contract.
