General Insurance Services By The Sant Gregori Consortium.The Object Of The Present Dynamic Procurement System (Hereinafter, Sda) Is The Selection Of Insurance Entities With Sufficient Technical, Professional And Economic Capacity That Can Participate In Tenders For The Award Of Specific Contracts Derived Within The Framework Of The Sda, The Object Of Which Is The Contracting Of The Necessary Insurance Services For The Sant Gregori Consortium. The Consortium Sant Gregori Is The Policyholder And Insured Of The Policies That Are Contracted In The Framework Of The Present Sda. The Policies Subject To The Present Sda Are For The Purpose Of Providing Coverage To: A) The Risks Derived From The Civil Liability Of The Activity Of The Sant Gregori Consortium, B) The Material Damages Suffered By Its Real Estate And Contents, C) The Civil Liability Derived From The Traffic Of The Vehicles Owned By The Sant Gregori Consortium.
