2026-13 Remodeling And Adaptation Works Of The Cub Building As A Non-Experimental Research Building For The Barcelona Science Park.The Object Of This Contract Is The Performance Of The Remodeling And Adaptation Of The Cub Building As A Non-Experimental Research Building In The Barcelona Science Park, Including These Within The Duly Approved Project And In The Memorandum Accompanying The Tender. Thus, The Execution Of The Works Will Last According To The Approved Technical Project, With The Aim Of Handing Over The Building Completely Finished, Equipped And In Full Operational And Occupancy Conditions, In Accordance With The Technical And Functional Specifications Established. These Works Are Essential For The Installation Of An Important Research Center, Which Imposes On The Barcelona Science Foundation The Obligation To Have The Works Completed Before December 31, 2027.
