Bids Are Invited For Comprehensive Maho Technological Infrastructure Service

The Municipality Of Alto Hospicio, In Its Capacity As Administrator Of The Commune, Calls For Public Bidding To Contract The “Comprehensive Service For Support, Maintenance And Administration Of Municipal Technological Infrastructure”, Whose Purpose Is To Provide Specialized Technical Support And Ensure The Operational Continuity, Availability, Maintenance And Correct Functioning Of The Institutional Technological Infrastructure. The Service Will Include, Among Other Services, The Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of Computer Equipment, Servers, Data Networks, Telecommunications Systems, Associated Equipment, Technological Platforms And Other Components Of The Municipal Technological Infrastructure, As Well As User Support, Systems Administration, Monitoring, Information Backup And Other Activities Defined In The Technical Bases. The Execution Of The Contract Must Be Carried Out Continuously, In A Timely Manner And In Accordance With The Service Levels, Technical Requirements And Conditions. All Of This In Accordance With The Provisions Of These Administrative And Technical Bases.
