In Accordance With Number 1 Of The Technical Bases The Municipality Requires Robust And Efficient Data Connectivity Between The Civic Center And The Municipal Offices Located In Farellones, Which Allows Sharing The Network Services Used By The Municipality For Municipal Management. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Have A Comprehensive Service For The Provision, Installation, Configuration, Operation And Maintenance Of Point-To-Point Microwave Data Links Or Fiber Optics With A Minimum Of 100Mbps In Both Options, Intended To Interconnect The Offices Of The Municipality Of Lo Barnechea In Farellones With Its Main Network. This Service Seeks To Guarantee The Operational Continuity Of Critical Municipal Internet, Data And Ip Telephony Services, Ensuring Network-Specific Quality And Performance Standards. The Contractor Must Provide The Required Links, Along With The Necessary Communication Equipment That Allows The Transmission And Reception Of Data Fluidly And Without Packet Loss, Between The Different Municipal Offices Located In Farellones And The Institutional Data Center That Is Located In The Civic Center Building On Av. El Rodeo N°12,777, Commune Of Lo Barnechea. The Service Must Allow The Passage Of Vlans 5 For The School, 4 For The Post Office And 4 For The Farellones Office That Provide Internet Access, Ip Telephony And Access To The Management Systems Continuously From The Institutional Data Center Of The Municipality, Guaranteeing The Required Bandwidth. Additionally, The Contractor Must Provide, Throughout The Execution Period Of The Contract, The Help Desk And Technical Support Service That Guarantees The Resolution Of Failures Within The Established Times, 7 Days A Week And 24 Hours A Day.
