Bids Are Invited For Municipal Parking Service Concession

The Purpose Of This Bidding Process Is To Award The Concession Of The Service Of Removal, Transfer, Custody, Administration And Auction Of Motorized Or Non-Motorized Vehicles, Removed From Circulation By Order Of The Competent Authority In The Territory Of The Commune Of Chillán Viejo, Animals And Other Species. The Concession Will Include, Among Others, The Following Aspects: • The Removal And Transfer Of Vehicles, Animals (Equines, Bovines, Felines, Canids And Pigs) And Other Species From The Place Of Their Detention Or Immobilization, According To The Instructions Of The Competent Authority (Carabineros, Municipal Inspectors, Courts, Prosecutors Office, Or Others). • The Custody And Conservation Of Vehicles, Animals (Equines, Bovines, Felines, Canids And Pigs) And Other Species, In A Facility Enabled And Authorized In Accordance With Current Regulations, Under Conditions Of Security, Surveillance And Control. • The Management Of Charges Associated With The Custody And Towing Service, In Accordance With The Municipal Rates Ordinance Issued For This Purpose. • The Administration Of Vehicles, Animals (Equines, Bovines, Felines, Canids And Pigs) And Other Species, Until Their Return, Auction Or Final Disposal, As Appropriate.
