The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Select A Service Provider Responsible For Providing It Services In The Field Of Management, Development And Operation Of The Contracting Authoritys Information System. The Contract With The Successful Bidder Will Last 5 Years. The Expected Services Relate In Particular To The Implementation, Operation And Maintenance Of It Solutions, As Well As The Associated Support, Support And Management Services. The Contract Includes A Firm Phase And An Optional Phase Relating To Extended Remote Support Services (24/7), The Activation Of Which Is At The Discretion Of The Contracting Authority. Failure To Quantify The Optional Portion Will Result In The Exclusion Of The Bidder.
