This Public Contract Concerns The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With A Single Successful Bidder, All Terms Fixed (Excluding Quantities Ordered) Relating To The Supply, Installation And Maintenance Of Electrocardiograms, For All Vivalia Hospital Sites. It Is Necessary To Create A Framework Agreement To Allow Nursing Departments To Replace Electrocardiograms As They Become Obsolete And According To Their Needs Which Have Not Yet Been Fully Defined At This Stage. The Quantities Are Given For Purely Indicative Purposes. They Are Based On Current Known Needs. The Contracting Authority Does Not Commit To These Quantities.
