The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly, Installation, Integration And Commissioning Of A Cnc Turning And Milling Center, Along With The Necessary Equipment, At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 2. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Deliver A 5-Axis Cnc Turning And Milling Center To The Ordering Partys Headquarters At The Contractors Expense And Risk. 2) Unloading, Assembly, Foundation And Anchoring (If Required). 3) Making Electrical, Pneumatic, Refrigeration And Communication Connections. 4) Technological Start-Up And Configuration. 5) Conducting Training For The Ordering Partys Staff. 6) Carrying Out Acceptance Tests. 7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide 3D Models Of The Delivered Cnc Turning And Milling Center, In Neutral Formats (E.G. Step Or Parasolid), Enabling Their Use In Cad/Cam Systems, In Particular For The Creation And Verification Of Post-Processors, Machining Simulations And Preparation Of The Digital Twin Environment. The Models Must Reflect The Actual Kinematics, Ranges Of Movement And Working Space Of The Machine To The Extent That Allows For Reliable Simulation Of Technological Processes And Elimination Of Collisions Before Production Starts. 3.
