This Concerns The Further Development Of Sub-Areas Holland Park West And Holland Park South And Monitoring The Overall Quality And Coherence Within The Entire Area Development. The Parts Of The Plan Yet To Be Developed Include Approximately 1,250 Homes With Facilities, Whereby The (Semi) Public Space Will Also Be Designed And Constructed. Some Construction Plans Are In Progress (Approximately 750 Homes). The Duration Of The Requested Work Is (Approximately) 7 Years, Of Which 3 Volumes Are Active Development Processes And The Remaining Volumes Are Mainly Monitored For Quality In The Realization Phase. For The Development Years, A Commitment Of Approximately 400 Hours Per Year Is Assumed, Decreasing To Approximately 100 Hours Per Year In The Subsequent Period.
