Turku And Kaarina Parish Association Is Requesting A Bid For The 2-Phase Project Management Contract For The Renovation Of The Parish Associations Office, According To The Request For Tender And The Attached Tender Documents. Located At The Corner Of Eerikinkatu And Aninkaistenkatu, The Turku And Kaarina Parish Associations Office Building Is A Three-Part Building Complex Built Between 1955 And 1957 As An Apartment Building And Central Office For The Parishes, Designed By Architect Erik Lindroos. The Office Building Must Be Renovated, Because The Building Is Technically At The End Of Its Useful Life And There Have Been Abnormal Observations Of The Buildings Indoor Air. The Courtyard Wing Of The Building, Founded On Wooden Piles, Requires Re-Piling, And The Accessibility Of The Building Does Not Meet Todays Requirements. Due To The Identified Extensive Need For Renovation, It Has Been Decided To Implement Space Changes In The Same Context, Which Will Improve The Functionality And Equipment Of The Spaces.
