Street-Lighting Maintenance Services – Outdoor Lighting Maintenance Contract In The Turku City Area From 1 October 2026. The Procurement Services Of The City Of Turkus Corporate Administration Are Requesting Bids For The Contract For The Maintenance Of The Outdoor Lighting Network In The Area From The City Construction And Facilities Service Package. The Outdoor Lighting Maintenance Contract Is Fixed-Term From 1 October 2026 To 1 October 2029 (3 Years), After Which It Continues For Two Years On A Fixed-Term Basis, Subject To A Mutual Notice Period Of Six (6) Months. The Entire Contract Period Is Thus A Maximum Of Five (5) Years, Ending No Later Than September 30, 2031. Termination Must Be Done In Writing At Least Six (6) Months Before The End Of The Contract. The Termination Notice Must State When The Contract Ends Due To The Termination. However, The Agreement Ends Without Requiring Notice At The Latest When Five Years Have Passed Since The Beginning Of The Agreement. The Procurement Is Worth Approximately 8,000,000 Euros For The Entire Contract Period. In The Following, The Service Is Also Referred To As The Contractor, And The Service Provider Is Referred To As The Contractor. The Outdoor Lighting Maintenance Contract Is A Total-Price Service Procurement That Includes Total-Price-Based Works As Well As Unit-Price-Based Works Based On The Customers Separate Order. The Service Provider Who Has Entered Into A Service Contract Delivers The Service Comprehensively, I.E. Manages The Maintenance Of The Entire Outdoor Lighting Network And Performs The Use, Care, Maintenance And Maintenance Of The Outdoor Lighting Network In Accordance With The Tender Documents And Adheres To The Set Quality Goals And Commits To Developing Its Services In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Customer Environment. The Service To Be Produced Must Be Of High Quality And Cost-Effective. The Procurement Includes Total Price-Based Tasks For Outdoor Lighting Maintenance As Well As Unit Price-Based Tasks Based On The Customers Separate Order. The Outdoor Lighting Maintenance Contract Includes, In Addition To Street And Road Lighting, The Lighting Of Parks And Other Areas, As Well As The So-Called Accent And Special Lighting. The Procurement Also Includes The Mapping Of Cables And Piping (Including Coils And Joints) And Their Documentation In Accordance With The Citys Instructions. The Contract Does Not Include The Service And Maintenance Of Outdoor Lighting In Public Spaces. The Procurement Targets And Requirements Are Specified In The Tender Documents. The Bidder Must Familiarize Himself With The Object Before Submitting The Bid And Obtain Such Information And Investigate All Matters Relevant To His Obligations. A Contract For Procurement Is Made With One (1) Service Provider.
