The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Natural Gas For The Period From 01.01.2027 To 31.12.2027 With The Option To Exercise The Option For The Period From 01.01.2028 To 31.12.2028 For Selected Locations, Including All Related Services (Especially Services Related To The Distribution And Transportation Of Natural Gas), With The Assumption Of Responsibility For The Deviation Of The Gas Market Participant, In Accordance With Legal Regulations Valid On The Territory Of The Slovak Republic, Technical Conditions And Operating Procedures Of The Distribution Network Operator To The Collection Points. The Place Of Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Each Relevant Collection Point With Its Contractual Quantity Listed In Part B.1 Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Of The Tender Documents. For The Purposes Of Natural Gas Supply, The Gas Is Considered To Have Been Taken When The Gas Passes Through The Invoicing Specified Meter. The Delivery Is For The Categories Mo - Small Order, So - Medium Order And Vo - Large Order, According To The Technical Specifications Listed In Part B.1 Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Of The Tender Documents.
