(Hereinafter Also Referred To As Construction Or Work), In Accordance With The Building Permit Issued By The City Hall Of The City Of Prague, Department Of Environmental Protection, On February 18, 2026, File No. Mhmp 144627/2026, File No. No. S-Mhmp 1142073/2024, Which Entered Into Force On March 18, 2026, In Accordance With The Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction, Which Forms Annex No. 3 Of The Zd, And Other Administrative Decisions And Related Binding Documents And Documents Relating To The Building, Which Form The Annex No. 6 Of The Zd. The Kolovraty Wwtp Intensification Project Includes The Reconstruction Of The Inlet Pumping Station, The Construction Of A New Rough Pre-Treatment Facility, The Implementation Of A Completely New Biological Stage And The Completion Of The Sludge Management Stage. The Implementation Of The Kolovraty Wwtp Intensification Project Was Designed In Two Stages For The Capacity According To The Bod / Cod Indicators In The First Stage Of 7,000 / 10,000 Eo, In The Second Stage Of 12,000 / 15,000 Eo. For Each Of These Stages, Separate Documentation Was Prepared For The Execution Of The Construction (Both Form Annex No. 3 Zd). The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Realization Of Both Stages Of The Kolovraty Wwtp Capacity Building Project, By One Supplier Selected On The Basis Of The Results Of This Procurement Procedure. The Result Of The Procurement Procedure Will Be The Conclusion Of One Contract For The Work (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract) For Both Stages Of The Kolovrata Wwtp Intensification Project. The Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Public Contract And The Conditions Of Its Performance Is Contained In The Zd And Its Annexes - In Particular, Annexes No. 2, 3 And 6 Of The Zd (Work Contract, Including The General Terms And Conditions Of Pražská Vodohospodáská Spolégie A.S. For Construction Activities Valid From 1 May 2026, Technical Specification - Especially Dps And Spvv - Stage I And Stage Ii, Binding Decisions And Documents For The Implementation Of The Work). The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract, I.E. Part Of The Work, Is Not The Engineering Activity To Obtain A Building Permit And Approval Decision, Nor The Provision Of Test Operation After The Completion Of The Work. The Activity Of The Selected Contractor Will End With The Handover Of The Completed Construction To The Client. The Provision Of Copyright Supervision Services Is Not The Subject Of The Public Contract, I.E. Part Of The Work.
