As Part Of Its Daily Activities, The Capital Region Produces Food Waste And Cooking Oil On The Regions Registers, Including Somatic Hospitals And Psychiatric Centres. The Task Includes The Collection Of Food Waste And Cooking Oil As Well As Exchange For Clean Material On The Registers According To The Determined Frequency. The Supplier Must Also Arrange Transport For Treatment And Ensure Environmentally Correct Treatment In Accordance With Applicable Legislation.
