The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of: 1) Preliminary Documentation, Which Includes: Design Concept (Line Equipment Concept); Rules For Preparing Design Data; Operational Scenarios; Rules For Managing Railway Traffic (Update Of The Instructions On Managing Train Traffic Using The Ertms/Etcs Level 2 Ir-1B System); Test Cases; 2) Design Documentation Necessary For The Proper Performance Of All Construction Works And Obtaining All Required Opinions, Arrangements, Approvals, Conditions, Decisions And Permits Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order; 3) Technical And Operational Documentation Of Devices Installed As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task In Question, Developed In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In The Ordering Partys Instruction Ie-100A Conditions For The Safe Installation And Operation Of Railway Traffic Control Devices Managed By Pkp Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A.; 4) As-Built Documentation In Accordance With The Construction Law, Including, Among Others: Post-Construction Surveying Inventory; 5) All Construction Works In Accordance With The Scope Of The Order On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, Referred To In The Above-Mentioned. Point 1, And All Preparatory Works Necessary To Perform The Scope Of The Agreement And All Activities Required By Law; 6) Carrying Out A Conformity Assessment Of The Command And Signaling - Trackside Structural Subsystem Covered By The Scope Of The Contract At Each Stage (Design And Final Tests Of The Subsystem); 7) Obtaining Permission To Operate The Structural Subsystem - Issued By The President Of The Office Of Rail Transport; Order Implementation Period: 29 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract In Accordance With § 4 Of The Terms And Conditions Of The Agreement, Contained In Volume Ii Of The Swz, Including: 1) Completion Of All Works, Providing The Ordering Party With Complete As-Built Documentation And Providing The Ordering Party With A Set Of Documents Related To The Certification Process - 20 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement; 2) Providing The Ordering Party With Permits For Putting Structural Subsystems Into Operation, In Accordance With The Railway Transport Act, And Carrying Out Final And Operational Acceptance - 29 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement.
