Camping Sites And Other Non-Hotel Accommodation – Public Service Concession For The Operation Of The Strasbourg Campsite. The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Entrust The Operation Of The Strasbourg Campsite To A Public Service Concessionaire. Located In The Green Mountain, The Strasbourg Campsite Has Been Awarded A 4-Star Rating Since Its Opening In 2015. The Equipment Is, To Date, Made Up Of 92 Rental Accommodations (35 Hll, 24 Mobile Homes, 29 Canvas And Wooden Tents, 4 Trailers), 86 Free Pitches As Well As A Motorhome Area With 19 Pitches, A Playground And A Heated Swimming Pool, A Living Center, Two Toilets, A Laundry, A Bar/Restaurant, A Terminal For Motorhomes. Between October 1, 2024 And September 30, 2025, The Strasbourg Campsite Recorded 134,505 Overnight Stays (69,541 In Campsites And 64,964 In Rental Accommodation). The Campsite Will Remain Open And Accessible 24 Hours A Day, Every Day, Including Sundays And Public Holidays. The Future Concessionaire Will Be Responsible For Managing The Facilities, Improving And Developing The Service Offering Aimed, Among Other Things, At Maintaining The 4-Star Classification As Well As Obtaining The “Accueil Vélo” Label. In Addition To Management And Operation, The Concessionaire Must Also Ensure The Promotion Of The Campsite And Its Territory, The Upkeep, Maintenance, Security And Surveillance Of The Equipment. In Terms Of Accommodation, It Will Ensure The Replacement Of Current Rental Accommodation (Excluding Hll Chalets) While Responding To Current Market Trends, As Well As Renovation/Maintenance Work On Existing Hll Chalets. All Real Estate Work Will Be Carried Out By Him With The Aim, In Particular, Of Renovating The Old Reception Building Into Accommodation For Seasonal Workers And A Seminar Room, Of Providing The Site With The Technical Installations And Operating Means Essential To The Management Of The Activity With The Creation Of Premises To Accommodate A Workshop, Garages And Permanent, Secure And Closed Storage Areas. He Will Also Have To Carry Out Work On Various Equipment: Installation Of Charging Stations, Development Of A Professional Equipped Kitchen, Complete Renewal Of Catering Furniture, Renovation And Maintenance Of Outdoor Facilities (Picnic And Play Areas, Etc.) And Landscaping. The Concessionaire Will Generally Ensure The Optimization Of The Energy Management Of All The Sites Installations. The Concessionaire Will Collect The Tourist Tax From Users. He Will Receive His Remuneration From The Operation Of The Service And Will Assume All Expenses Resulting From The Missions Entrusted To Him Under The Contract. It Will Operate The Public Service At Its Own Risk On The Basis Of A Forecast Operating Account Established For The Entire Duration Of The Contract (I.E. 10 Years) And Annexed To The Future Contract. In Addition, In Return For Making The Works Available, The Concessionaire Will Pay The Licensor A Fixed And/Or Variable Fee Each Year. Prices Will Be Set By
