Refuse Collection Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Inhabited And Uninhabited Properties Located In Sector Iii Of The Świdnica Commune. 1. Name Of The Order: Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Inhabited And Uninhabited Properties Located In Sector Iii Of The Municipality Of Świdnica. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services: 1) Collection Of Municipal Waste From Residential And Non-Residential Properties Where Municipal Waste Is Generated, From Sector Iii Of The Municipality Of Świdnica Within The Meaning Of The Resolution Referred To In Section 7 Below, 2) Waste Management Referred To In Point 1, 3) Implementation Of Services And Obligations Related To The Services Referred To In Points 1 And 2 Above, Indicated In The Order Documents. 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Services Classified According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary Into The Categories (Cpv Codes): 1) 90511000-2 Waste Collection Services, 2) 90500000-2 Waste-Related Services 3) 90512000-9 Waste Transport Services, 4) 90513100-7 Household Waste Collection Services, 5) 90514000-3 Waste Recycling Services, 6) 90533000-2 Waste Management Services. 4. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Services To All Inhabited Properties, I.E. Those With At Least One Premises Inhabited By At Least One Resident And All Uninhabited Properties Where Municipal Waste Is Generated, Located In Sector Iii Of The Świdnica Commune And Remaining In The Local System For Ensuring The Collection Of Municipal Waste. 5. The Ordering Party Estimates That Within Sector Iii Of The City Of Świdnica Commune: 1) There Are Approximately 14,501 Inhabitants, 2) There Are Approximately 2,478 Inhabited Properties, Of Which 525 Properties Are Single-Family Properties, 3) There Are Approximately 486 Uninhabited Properties, 4) As Part Of The Service Provided, Within A Period Of 12 Months, From Sector Iii Of The City Of Świdnica Will Be Collected And A Total Of 9,319.20 Mg Of Municipal Waste Submitted For Management. 6. The Ordering Party Reserves That During The Implementation Of The Service, The Number Of Inhabited Properties, The Number Of Inhabitants, The Number Of Uninhabited Properties Where Municipal Waste Is Generated, And Therefore - The Amount Of Municipal Waste, May Increase Or Decrease. At The Same Time, In Accordance With The Content Of Art. 433 Points 4) Pzp The Ordering Party Guarantees That The Volume Of The Collected Waste Stream (All Together) Will Not Decrease Or Increase By More Than 5%. 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 11 To The Swz (Appendix No. 2 To The Agreement).
