Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Engineering Services For Planning And Construction Supervision Of The Dismantling Of The Old Lattenberg Deposit. The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia, Represented By The North Rhine-Westphalia Forest And Wood Authority, Which Is Represented By The Arnsberger Wald Regional Forestry Office, Is The Owner Of The Old Lattenberg Deposit, Which Was Closed Down At The End Of The 1980S. The Old Deposit, In Which Waste From Paper Production Was Essentially Deposited, Is Located Within A Forest Area On A Steep Slope, Partly With Water Flowing In From The Adjacent Forest Area. The Stability Of The Old Deposit Is Not Guaranteed. The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia Has Decided To Completely Dismantle The Old Deposit. The Engineering Services Required For This Purpose For Implementation Planning, Preparation And Participation In The Awarding Of The Dismantling And Disposal Services In Accordance With The Existing Renovation Plan In Accordance With Bbodschg, Which Has Already Been Declared Binding By The Hochsauerlandkreis, As Well As The Subsequent Monitoring Of The Implementation Of The Dismantling Are The Content Of The Commission For The Contractor To Be Identified In This Procedure. The Engineering Services Required For This Will Be Tendered In A Negotiated Procedure With A Competition In Accordance With Section 17 (1) Vgv. The Requirements Currently To Be Implemented Must Be Fully Implemented In The Appendix To The Restructuring Plan And The Declaration Of Agreement, Including The Conditions Specified Therein.
