Research, Testing And Scientific Technical Simulator - Acquisition Of Dual Anaerobic Bioreactor 20 Liters Within The Project Romanian Hydrogen Hub And New Energy Technologies - Ro-Hydrohub Code Smis 351358. The 20-Liter Dual Anaerobic Bioreactor Is Designed As A Unitary Technological Equipment, Used For The Efficient And Sustainable Production Of Biohydrogen From Biomass By Means Of A Complex Microbial Process Carried Out In Two Correlated Stages (Dual System). The Process Integrates Dark Anaerobic Fermentation (Fa – Stage I, Which Is Carried Out In Vessel 1) With Microbial Electrolysis (Em – Stage Ii, Which Is Carried Out In Vessel 2). To Ensure Real-Time Process Control, The System Is Purchased As An Assembly, Fully Integrated From The Factory, With The Following Structure: 1. Central Control, Automation And Software Management Unit - Uccams: The Main Hardware And Software Control Unit, Equipped With A Unified Digital Interface, Is Responsible For Controlling The Two Reaction Subsystems (Vessels). This Includes The Scada-Type Software Package And The Electronic Management And Analytical Control Systems For The Process Sensors (Independent For Each Vessel), Fluid Dosing System Control (Peristaltic Pumps With Variable Speed Independent For Each Vessel) And Control Of The Cleaning (Cip – Clean In Place) And Sterilization (Sip – Sterilization In Place) Processes. 2. Reaction Subsystem For Stage I (Vessel 1 – Fa): Standard 20-Liter Cstr Bioreactor Anaerobic Fermentation Unit, Directly Subordinated To The Central Control Unit – Uccams, Optimized For Anaerobic Fermentation (In The Dark). 3. The Reaction Subsystem For Stage Ii (Vessel 2 – Em): 20-Liter Cstr Bioreactor-Type Anaerobic Fermentation Unit, Used As A Microbial Electrolysis Cell, With Identical Geometry To That Of Vessel 1, Subordinated To The Same Central Control Unit – Uccams, Adapted With A Set Of Electrically Isolated Connections For The Electrode Assembly. 4. Peripheral (External) Integration Modules And Technological Accessories: Analytical Sensors And Analyzers, Connection Elements, Potentiostat/Galvanostat, Cip/Sip Modules.
