The Requirements Regarding The Tariff Are Published On The Homepage Of The Hamburger Verkehrsverbund (Hvv) At Https://Www.Hvv.De/De/Gemeinschaftstarif. 1.2. Quality Standards The Operating Standards Apply With Regard To The Accessibility Quality And Connection Quality (Traffic Times, Transport Times And Accessibility, Transfer Frequency And Service Frequency) Of The Nvp With The Additions And Changes Presented Below. The Specific Requirements For The Respective Lines And The Scope Of Transport Services Can Be Found In The Current Timetables (Attached As Appendices). 1.2.1 Vehicle Requirements With Regard To The Vehicle Requirements, The Specifications In Section 2.10 Are To Be Followed. The Current Version Of The Hvv Standards Is The Minimum Requirement That All Vehicles Used In The Lüneburg District Must Meet At All Times. Vehicle Maintenance And Servicing Is Subject To The Operator’S Duty Of Supervision And Care. Accident Damage Must Be Repaired Quickly And Professionally. Requirements For Vehicle Quality, Vehicle Age (Max. 6 Years From First Registration) And Emissions Standards (Diesel Euro 6 Or Better) Must Be Met. 1.2.2 Operational Requirements In Addition To The Applicable Hvv Standards As A Minimum Standard, The Following Additions Must Be Adhered To In Accordance With The Nvp. The Lüneburg District Expects The Following Key Qualifications From Its Drivers: • Good Knowledge Of The German Language • Detailed Knowledge Of The Location, Routes And Tariffs • Safe And Appropriate Driving Style • Friendliness Towards Passengers • Appropriate Appearance • De-Escalation Training The Transport Companies Also Undertake To The District To Regularly Train And Further Educate Their Drivers. At The Start Of Each School Year, Drivers Must Be Given Detailed Instructions On The New Timetables. The Responsible Party Has The Right To Take Part In Training And Instructions Or To Have Relevant Evidence Presented Upon Request. In Particular, The Driving Staff Must Be Made Aware Of Compliance With Connections.
