Object Of These Services: Framework Agreement For The Collection, Transport And Processing Of Waste Fractions And Rental Of Waste Containers For The Province Of East Flanders 2027-2032 Explanation: This Framework Agreement Includes The Rental Of Various Types And Sizes Of Waste Containers, The Collection, Transport And Processing Of Waste In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Waste Decree And All Applicable European, Federal And Regional Regulations. The Assignment Relates To The Waste Produced Within The Various Sites Belonging To The Province Of East Flanders. These Include 7 Provincial Domains, 26 Provincial Schools/Teaching Places, Heritage Centres, Training Centers For Emergency Services, The Provincial Government Building And Various Administrative Buildings. The Assignment Does Not Grant Any Exclusive Rights To The Contractor. If The Contractor Cannot Make A Favorable Proposal For Occasional And/Or Very Specific Waste Materials, The Client Can Entrust This To A Company That Makes A Better Proposal. Some Very Specific Waste Fractions Such As Manure And Laboratory Waste Do Not Belong To This Assignment.
