Building Completion Work – Remodeling And Adaptation Works Of The Cub Building As A Non-Experimental Research Building For The Barcelona Scientific Park. The Object Of This Contract Is The Carrying Out Of The Remodeling And Adaptation Works Of The Cub Building As A Non-Experimental Research Building For The Barcelona Science Park, Included Within The Duly Approved Project And In The Report Accompanying The Tender. In This Way, The Execution Of The Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Approved Technical Project, In Order To Release The Building Completely Finished, Equipped And In Conditions Of Full Operation And Occupation, In Accordance With The Established Technical And Functional Specifications. These Works Are Essential For The Installation Of An Important Research Center, Which Imposes On The Fundació Parc Científic De Barcelona The Obligation To Have The Works Completed Before December 31, 2027.
