Duration Of Execution: 12 Months. A. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 160 Paragraph (1) Of Law No. 98/2016, The Deadline By Which Any Interested Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information In Relation To The Tender Submission Deadline. B. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 98/2016, The Contracting Authority Shall Respond Clearly And Fully To All Requests For Clarifications/Additional Information Within The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Tenders After The Date Mentioned In Point A., Will Make It Impossible For The Contracting Authority To Provide An Answer Within The Term Mentioned In Point B. And As A Result, Any Request For Clarification Outside The Mentioned Terms Will Be Considered Late.
