The Scope Of The Work Will Be Adapted To The Characteristics Of Each Operation And May Relate To: - Civil Engineering Work, Finishing Work And Road Construction, Namely: O Work And Interventions On The Exterior Envelope (Facades, Walls, Roofs, Etc.), O The Supporting Structure (Including Its Foundation System), O The Finishing Work And Associated Equipment, O Interior And Roof Waterproofing, Interior Fittings (Partition, Partitioning, Etc.), O Exterior Fittings (Roads, Green Spaces, Fences And Portals, Etc.) The Duration Of The Work Is Relatively Variable And Depends On The Specific Phasing Of Each Project (From One Year To Several Years). Execution Schedules Are Strongly Conditioned By Interactions With Operating Constraints And Between The Operations Themselves Which Can Impact The Operation Of The Structures. The Community Reserves The Possibility Of Ensuring Certain Projects With Internal Project Management
