Landscaping Work For Roof Gardens – Osnabrück District Hall / Comprehensive Building Renovation And Modernization (1St Ba) - Outdoor Facilities (Ve 1,501). For The Osnabrück District Center, Which Was Built In The Early 1980S, It Was Determined That The Building Needed To Be Extensively Renovated, Resulting From Changed Requirements For The Building Or Changed Legal Framework Conditions And Regulations. The Osnabrück District Is Therefore Planning A Comprehensive Renovation And Modernization Of Its District Headquarters. The Implementation Of This Construction Measure Is Divided Into Four Construction Phases And Is Carried Out At Different Times. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Work On The Outdoor Facilities Required For The First Construction Phase. Implementation Is Expected To Begin Around November/December 2026. The Main Services Included Are: * Preparatory Work For Paving And Planting Areas (Approx. 400 M2) * Removing And Restoring Approx. 800 M2 Of Paving (Clinker, Concrete, Natural Stone) * Approx. 110 M2 Of New Planting Areas * Approx. 465 M2 Of New Lawn Areas * Producing Approx (Performance) Of The Bidders: * Annual Turnover Of The Last Three Years: At Least Eur 600,000 Per Year * Total Number Of Employees At The Time Of Submitting The Offer: At Least 4 * Reference Projects: At Least One Completed Reference Project With A Contract Value Of At Least Eur 275,000 (Net) And Additionally At Least Two Completed Reference Projects With A Contract Value Of At Least Eur 150,000 Each (Net). Prequalified Companies Provide Proof Of Suitability For The Service To Be Awarded By Entering The List Of The Association For The Prequalification Of Construction Companies E.V. (Prequalification Directory); Provided That The Information/Evidence Provided In The Prequalification Directory Does Not Demonstrate Fulfillment Of The Above. If Minimum Performance Requirements Are To Be Demonstrated, Corresponding Individual Evidence Would Have To Be Submitted With The Offer. Companies That Are Not Prequalified Must Submit Either The Completed Self-Declaration Of Suitability Or A Uniform European Self-Declaration (Eee) With The Offer As Preliminary Proof Of Suitability For The Service To Be Awarded.
