The Municipality Of Rohrenfels Is Planning To Build A New Fire Station And Community Center With Approx. 650 M² Of Floor Space In The Ot Wagenhofen, On Approx. 40,000 M² Of Municipal Property. The Subject Of The Order Is Planning Services For The Planning Services Of Technical Equipment, Alg 1, 2, 3, 7 And 8 (Hls) In Accordance With §53 Ff Hoai 2021, Lph 1-8, With Step-By-Step Commissioning. If Necessary, Various Special Services May Also Be Commissioned. ----In A Feasibility Study (Mbs) For The Property Planning Building, The Implementation Was Examined In Connection With The Existing Sports Center (60 Years Of Construction). This Option Was Rejected As Uneconomical. For The New Building, Service Phase 1 And Parts Of Lph 2 Of The Building And Interior Planning Were Carried Out By The Office Commissioned By Mbs. There Is Agreement Among Steakholders To Implement The Current Draft, But This Has Not Yet Been Decided And Can Still Be Optimized If Necessary. An Additional Partial Soil Report Based On Newly Planned Drilling Sites Will Be Commissioned Separately By The Client. Connection To The Existing Natural Gas Supply Network Is Possible. There Is Currently No Local Heating Network. Independently, But Parallel To This Measure, The Sports Clubs Heating System Will Be Renewed. As Part Of The Planning Of The Technical Equipment For The New Fire Station, The Hls Planner Should Investigate Shared Use With The Sports Club. The Power Supply Can Come From The Sports Club Or Community Connection.
