Engineering Services – Specialist Planning, Technical Equipment (Alg 1 - 3, 8 And Kg 550) Lph 5 - 9 And Special Services - Expansion Of The Georg-Büchner-Gymnasium In Seelze/St Letter. The Georg-Büchner-Gymnasium In Seelze (Hereinafter Gbg) Must Be Expanded In View Of The Increasing Number Of Students And Additional Space Requirements Due To Changing Conditions. In Addition, The South Wing Of The School Building And A Crèche On The Site Have Proven No Longer Suitable For Renovation And Are Therefore To Be Demolished. The Expansion Of The Property Is To Be Realized On The Existing Site At The School Location In Two Construction Phases. Both Construction Phases Are Connected To Each Other And To The Existing Building. The First Construction Phase (1St Ba / Bt B) Has Already Been Implemented And Has Been In Operation Since Summer 2025. As Part Of The 1St Ba, The Renovation Work In The Bt G (Small Gymnasium) Was Also Implemented And Completed. The Dismantling/Demolition Of The South Wing (Honeycomb Structure With Specialist Rooms) And The Crèche Located On The Site Were Also Completed. The Earthworks Of The 2Nd Ba / Bt A Are Currently Being Carried Out In Preparation For The Foundation Work. These Will Be Completed By Summer 2026. The 2Nd Ba Consists Of The 3-Story Component A, Which Houses The Administration As Well As The Teachers Room, General Classrooms And Specialist Music Classrooms, The Break Area/Auditorium With Seating Stairs And A 1-Story Connecting Building To The Bt B, Which Forms The Future Main Entrance. The Contractual Relationship With The Engineering Office Commissioned For This Construction Project For The Planning Service Of System Groups 1, 2, 3, 8 And Kg 550 Was Terminated Upon Completion Of The 1St Ba / Bt B. The Planning Work Now Required For System Groups 1, 2, 3, 8 And Kg 550 Concerns Component A And The Main Entrance In The 2Nd Construction Phase. The Implementation Takes Place During Ongoing School Operations. The Required Construction Work Must Be Tendered On A Trade-By-Trade Basis.
