Level E0 Includes All External Areas Within The Fence Around The Stadium. Level E1 Includes All Areas In The Building Area Outside The Fence, In Particular The Vip Access And Vip Parking Space. The Construction Process Begins On Level E0 In Qiv (South-West). And Runs Progressively Across All Quadrants Counterclockwise Around The Stadium. The Service Mainly Includes The Creation Of Cable Trenches For Cable Ducts And Hls Supply Lines. The Services Are Broken Down Into: Demolition Work On Pavements; Making The Trenches; Laying Empty Pipes; Setting Cable Pull Shafts; Filling The Trenches; Restoration Of The Superstructure Including The Pavements; Topsoil Cover; Production Of Lawn Seeding Or Laying Of Rolled Turf. The Trenches Must Be Constructed And Filled In An Interlocking Manner, As Construction Site Traffic From Other Trades Takes Place On The Areas To Be Worked On.
