Insulation Work – Steam Technology - Renovation Of The Central Kitchen. The Work Includes The Installation Of A New Steam Supply And Condensate Return System Including All Necessary Fittings, Safety And Measuring Components. These Include, Among Other Things: Pressure Reducing Stations, Steam Trap Groups, Safety Valves, Dirt Traps, Vacuum Breakers, Measuring Sensors And The Associated Shut-Off And Control Valves. The Lines Are Routed From The Existing Steam Transfer Station On Level U3 Via The Central Riser Zone On Level U2 To The Consumer Areas On Level U1. The Piping Systems Are Made Of Steel, Manufactured In Accordance With The Relevant Standards (Including Din En 13480, Din En 10216/10217) And Thermally Insulated According To The Recognized Rules Of Technology. The Steam And Condensate Pipes Are Designed According To The Requirements For Energy Efficiency And Operational Safety. The Total Steam Output For Consumers Is Approx. 447 Kg/H. The Measure Also Includes The Dismantling Of The Existing Steam Technology Installations, The Carrying Out Of Pressure Tests, The Commissioning Of The New Systems And The Creation Of The Necessary Documentation, Revision Documents And System Diagrams. Acceptance Is Carried Out By A Recognized Expert In Accordance With The Betrsichv And The Pressure Equipment Directive.
