The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Stages Agreed With The Ordering Party In Parallel In Order To Meet The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract (Referred To In Section 1 Of Section Vi Of The Terms Of Reference), While Not Causing Collisions With Other Road Investments Being Implemented - Due To The Introduction Of Road Traffic Detours. 4. The Ordering Party Requires That The First Stage Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Stage Iii, Referred To In Section 2 Point 3. In Order To Maintain Traffic Flow And Avoid Traffic Paralysis In The Area Of ​​Stage Iii Works, Referred To In Section 2 Point 3, The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor Implement Stage Iii Simultaneously With The Implementation Of Stage Ii Referred To In Section 2 Point 2. 5.
