Hoai As Well As The Special Services Described In More Detail In The Service Description Are Required. In Addition, There Are Planning Services For Outdoor Facilities In Accordance With Section 39 Ff. Hoai. The Commissioning Takes Place In Performance Levels. There Is No Legal Right To Commission Further Service Levels. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Services Of The Further Service Levels If The Client Assigns Them To Him. The Information From §3 Of Form Iv 420. H Of A-Bau Applies.
