The Subject Of The Project Is The Delivery And Implementation Of A Solution To The Extent Specified In The Annex To This Procurement Documentation (Technical Specification), Including In Particular The Modernization And Expansion Of The Functionalities Of The Hospital Information System, Laboratory Information System, Pacs System, Long-Term Electronic Archive Of Medical Records And The Patient Portal, Including Ensuring Interoperability With Ehealth Systems And Integration Interfaces According To The Standards Defined In The Technical Specification, Within The Ehealth Project And The Interoperability Of The Institute Of Rheumatology In Prague. The Goal Of The Public Contract Is The Electronicization (Digitalization) Of Medical Documentation And Processes In The Provision Of Medical Services, Increasing The Primary And Secondary Use Of Data And Improving Interoperability Through Exchange Systems, Or Sharing Of Standardized Electronic Medical Documentation Within The Framework Of The Electronic Health Care System Of The Czech Republic (Exchange Networks And Affinity Domains At The Level Of Regions, Regions, Communities Of Health Service Providers Or The Entire Czech Republic) And Electronic Cross-Border Exchange Of Medical Documentation (National Contact Point For Ehealth (Ncpeh) And Digital Health Services Infrastructure (Ehdsi) Of The Eu Member States), As Well As The Use Of Central Digital Services And Electronic Health Care Registers (Integrated Healthcare Data Interface (Idrr)), As Necessary Conditions For Interoperability And Electronicization Of Healthcare, And Further Automated Electronic Data Transfer To National Health Registries And Information Systems Of Nzis And Public Health Protection. A Detailed Technical Specification Of The Subject Of The Public Contract With The Required Minimum Technical Parameters Is Given In Appendix No. 4 Of The Procurement Documentation – Technical Specification And In The Draft Licensing And Work Agreement As Appendix No. 3. The Specified Specification Is Binding For The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of This Public Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Subject Of The Public Contract”). Each Item Of The Delivered Item Must Be New, Must Be Intended For The Czech (Eu) Market And Must Be Fully Supported By The Manufacturers Service Center.
