The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Provide Hotel Accommodation Abroad For The Needs Of The Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov Medical University - Varna. The Order Includes The Provision Of Hotel Accommodation For Employees, Students And Other Persons Traveling Abroad. Accommodations Are Realized During Business Trips, Participation In Conferences, Trainings, Seminars, Specializations, Sports Competitions And Events, Work Meetings And Others. The Parameters Of Each Individual Accommodation Are Specified In A Specific Inquiry Submitted By E-Mail By A Representative Of The Employer During The Term Of The Contract. The Inquiry Shall State At A Minimum: Dates Of Check-In, Location, Hotel Classification, Number Of Nights And Persons (Specific Or Indicative) And Requirements For Single/Double Occupancy. The Estimated Number Of Nights Subject To The Public Procurement Is 330 (Three Hundred And Thirty) Nights. The Number Of Overnight Stays Is Estimated And The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Indicated Volumes According To Its Needs And Financial Security. The Price For Hotel Accommodation Abroad (Bed And Breakfast Including Vat And Tourist Tax And All Other Fees And Taxes Determined According To Local Legislation), For Employees Of The University Of Medicine - Varna, Must Not Exceed The Maximum Amount Of Accommodation Money Determined According To The Ordinance On Business Trips And Specializations Abroad.
