School-Meal Services – The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Design, Packaging And Delivery Of Cold-Link Meals For The School Catering Service And The Municipal Crèche In The Town Of Ghisonaccia. Framework Agreement Concluded According To The Procedure Adapted In Application Of 3° Of Article R.2123-1 Of The Public Procurement Code, Relating To The Procedure Applicable To Social Services And Other Specific Services. This Is A Framework Agreement With Single-Award Purchase Orders, Executed As The Purchase Orders Are Issued, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Code. The Contract Consists Of A Single Lot And Will Be Awarded To A Single Economic Operator. Services Will Be Paid For By Applying Unit Prices. The Contract Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Annual Amount Of 240,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. It Is Concluded For An Initial Duration Of 12 Months From Its Notification Date, And Is Tacitly Renewable 3 Times Per Period Of 12 Months (I.E. A Maximum Duration Of 48 Months And A Maximum Total Amount Of 960,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax). The Estimated Market Value Is Purely Indicative And Includes All Renewal Periods. The Framework Agreement Provides For A Review Clause Allowing Its Scope To Subsequently Be Extended To Catering Services At The Leisure Center Without Accommodation (Clsh), Currently Managed By An Association. This Contractual Modification May Be Activated By The Buyer In The Event That The Management Of This Center Is Integrated Within The Municipal Services During The Execution Of The Contract. The Financial And Technical Terms Of This Extension Are Precisely Defined In The Specifications Of Special Administrative Clauses (Ccap)
