The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Data Connectivity Services For The Ministry Of Agriculture (Mze) And Its Organizational Components, Dislocated Workplaces And Associated Locations, Provided In The Form Of Contractual Data Lines And Related Electronic Communications Services. As Part Of The Performance Of The Public Contract, Primary And Secondary Data Connectivity Of Individual Locations Of The Mze, Safe, Stable And Quality-Guaranteed Connection Of Workplaces And Central Nodes, As Well As The Connection Of Individual Locations To The Network Infrastructure Of The Mze And Related Ict Services Will Be Ensured. The Parameters Of The Provided Connectivity Must Meet The Requirements For The Availability And Reliability Of Public Administration Services. The Performance Also Includes The Provision Of Technical And Operational Support, Monitoring, Provision Of A Contractually Guaranteed Service Level (Sla), Elimination Of Incidents And Related Operational Activities To The Extent Specified By The Client. The Contract Also Includes Ensuring The Implementation Of Change Requirements During The Duration Of The Contract, In Particular Moving Connections, Increasing Capacities, Establishing New Or Canceling Existing Data Connections.
