The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Elaboration Of The Conceptual Solution (Development Of The Architectural Study), All Stages Of The Project Documentation Following The Architectural Study Of The School Building Of The Nature Of A Wooden Building With Four Classrooms, At Such A Level And Quality That Will Enable The Proper Preparation Of The Building In Accordance With The Relevant Legal Regulations. The Building Will Be Located In The Garden And Adjacent Plots Of The Existing Two-Class Kindergarten In Soukenická Street. Author Supervision Over The Processing Of Project Documentation Will Be Provided By The Contractor Of The Architectural Study. Part Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Performance Is Also The Provision Of A License For The Processed Project Documentation And Its Physical Capture, For The Entire Duration Of The Protection Of Property Rights Arising From The Authorship Of The Selected Supplier. Part Of The Scope Of Performance Is Procurement (Engineering) Activity, Cooperation With The Client And Copyright Supervision.
