The Services Will Be Implemented At The Level Of A Partnership Formed By 4 Contracting Authorities: Târgu Secuiesc Municipality (Partnership Leader), Uat Comuna Catalina, Uat Comuna Dalnic And Uat Comuna Cernat (Partners). The 7 Software Solutions Will Work In A Unique, Integrated, Multi-Tenant Architecture, Ensuring The Digitization Of Front-Office And Back-Office Workflows. Financing Is Provided From Non-Refundable European Funds Through The Center Region Program, Priority 2: A Digital Region, Intervention 2.1.1, Based On The Financing Contract No. 633/26.02.2026. This Procedure Uses The Global Indication For All Selection Criteria Option In Part Iv Of The Duae. Bidders Are Required To Complete And Submit An Electronic Duae Form Signed With Extended Electronic Signature.
