Münchner Wohnen Immobilien 4 Gmbh Is Planning To Build A Coherent Building Complex In Energy Standard Eh 55 As A Block Edge Development On Helmut-Kohl-Allee At The Corner Of Gräfin-Dönhoff-Straße In Neufreimann, Formerly Bayernkaserne. The New District Being Built In The Munich District Of Neufreimann On The Site Of The Former Bayern Barracks Has The Motto Urban Living. The 60-Hectare Area Will Provide Space For 15,000 People, Who Will Be Accommodated In Around 5,500 New Apartments.
