Carrying Out Activities (Services) On Organizing Daily Meals For Categories Of Diners Entitled To Free Food: Sick On Diets; Vma Personnel (On-Duty And Operational Teams And Those Working Under Certain Working Conditions), Described In Detail By Type, Quantity And Cost Per Meal, According To The Technical Specification - Annexes No. 1, 1.1, 1.2-A And 1.2-B, 1.3 And 1.4, An Integral Part Of The Documentation. Organization Of Meals In The Hospital Facility Of The Vma Is Carried Out Through A Catering Service And Daily Delivery Of Ready Packaged Hot Food In Compliance With All Regulatory Provisions In The Republic Of Bulgaria. Food Preparation And Deliveries Are Carried Out Daily - 3 (Three) Times A Day According To A Schedule Determined By The Employer. The Prepared Food Should Meet The Quantity, Quality, Caloric Value And Chemical Composition For Rational And Dietary Nutrition In Accordance With The Diets And Recipes For Hospital Nutrition Approved By The Employer. The Quantities Specified In The Technical Specification - Annexes No. 1.2-A And 1.2-B Are Indicative/Forecast And Do Not Oblige The Employer To Fulfill Them In Full.
