Heating-System Design Services – Public Service Concession Concerning The Creation And Operation Of An Urban Thermal Network Based On Thalassothermal Energy In Nice. The Purpose Of The Procedure Is To Select An Operator With A View To Concluding A Concession Contract Within The Meaning Of Article L. 1411-1 Of The Cgct And L. 1121-1 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Consultation Consists Of The Creation And Operation Of An Urban Renewable Heat And Cold Network, Based On Thermal Energy From The Sea, Thalassothermy. The Scope Of The Project Extends From Boulevard Gambetta To The Port Of Nice, Locked To The North By The Railway Line. It Aims To Cover The Energy Needs (Heating, Domestic Hot Water, Cooling) Of Collective Housing, Public And Tertiary Buildings, Particularly Hotel Establishments. The Concessionaire Will Be Responsible In Particular For The Creation, Operation, Upkeep, Security And Maintenance Of The Heat And Cold Network Powered By Thalassothermy In The Coastal Sector Of Downtown Nice. It Will Operate The Heat And Cold Network And Its Services At Its Own Expense And Risk, In Compliance With The Stipulations Of The Contract And The Standards In Force.
