Maintenance And Repair Of Mainframe Computers – Provision Of Maintenance And Support Services For The Central Computing Infrastructures Of G-Cloud Developed Within The Framework Of The No. 1241/14.04.2015 Of The Original Contract And Of The Option Exercised Thereof, As Amended, Entitled Central Computing Infrastructure Of Ktp Sa & G-Cloud Node Of Gis (Department 5). According To The No. 25826 Ex 2025 08.08.2025 (Correct Repetition On 08.09.2025) (Adam: 25Req017528714) Primary Request Of The Competent Service (I.E. The Computing Infrastructure Management Directorate - Government Cloud) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Maintenance And Support Services For The Central Computing Infrastructure Of G-Cloud Developed In The Context Of The No. 1241/14.04.2015 Of The Original Contract And Of The Option Exercised Thereof, As Amended, Entitled Central Computing Infrastructure Of Ktp Sa & G-Cloud Node Of Gis, With A Total Duration Of Three (3) Years. The Contract Is Divided Into Five (5) Sections, As Follows: Section 1: Provision Of Maintenance And Support Services For The Switch Equipment, For A Period Of Six (6) Months From The Signing Of The Relevant Contract. Section 2: Provision Of Maintenance And Support Services For Storage Equipment, For A Period Of Six (6) Months From The Signing Of The Relevant Contract Section 3: Provision Of Maintenance And Support Services For Switches, For A Period Of Six (6) Months From The Signing Of The Relevant Contract. The Earliest Possible Start Of The Contract Is After The Conclusion Of The Contract Of Section 1. Section 4: Provision Of Storage Equipment Maintenance And Support Services, For A Period Of Six (6) Months From The Signing Of The Relevant Contract. The Earliest Possible Start Of The Contract Is After The Conclusion Of The Contract Of Section 2. Section 5: Provision Of Maintenance And Support Services Of The Central Computing Infrastructure Of G-Cloud, For A Period Of Twelve (12) Months From The Signing Of The Relevant Contract. The Earliest Possible Start Of The Contract Is After The Completion Of The Contract Of Section 3 And Section 4. This Contract Is Governed By An Option Which Consists In The Possibility Of Extending The Relevant Contract Up To Twelve (12) Additional Months, With A Corresponding Increase In The Economic Object Of The Contract Based On The Unit Prices Of The Contractors Financial Offer. It Is Clarified That In Any Case The Contracting Authority May, During The Awarding Stage Of Each Section, Withdraw Part Of The Infrastructure In The Event That By Then It Has Been Replaced Or Transferred To A Newer Infrastructure And/Or Is Technically Not Being Used.
