The Aim Of This Tender Is To Find An Efficient Partner Who Will Provide Legal Advice For The Preparation And Implementation Of The Europe-Wide Ppp Procurement Process For The New Construction Of The Siegen Justice Center And Who Will Then Be Available For Further Advice. The Ppp Rental Model Stipulates That The Private Investor, As The Owner, Procures And Provides The Property, Plans, Builds And Operates The Property. After The Contract Ends, The Property Remains With The Investor. The Public Sector Uses The Property Long-Term - Similar To A Tenant. The Client Requires Competent Legal Advice When Preparing And Implementing The Project Described Above Until The Contract Is Concluded With The Private Partner And When Accompanying The Construction Phase Up To Commissioning.
