Public-Service Buses – Purchase Of Electric Buses. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Electric Bus And A Portable Plug-In Charger, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Minimum Technical, Functional And Quality Requirements, Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The Bus (Hereinafter: Opz Of The Bus) And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Of The Charger (Hereinafter: Opz Of The Charger), Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 2. A Detailed Description As Well As The Terms And Conditions Of The Order Execution Are Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty For The Delivered Subject Of The Order As Follows: 1) Electric Bus - A Minimum Of 36 Months Full-Vehicle Warranty (Without Mileage Limit) For Assemblies, Systems, Bus Components, Bus Equipment And Software, Except For The Traction Battery, 2) Body Perforation - A Minimum Of 12 Years, 3) Traction Batteries And Storage Device Installed In The Bus For Its Failure-Free Operation And Implementation Of The Declared Mileage (Min. 250 Km) - Minimum 120 Months, 4) Portable Plug-In Charger - Minimum 24 Months - Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol With The I Accept Clause. The Warranty Period Referred To In Point 1 Of This Section Is One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria Under Which The Contractor May Obtain Additional Points, In Accordance With The Rules Set Out In Chapter Xix Of The Tor. The Other Minimum Warranty Periods Required By The Ordering Party, Referred To In Points 2 To 4 Of This Section, Do Not Constitute A Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. 4. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Chapter Iv Of The Swz. The Ordering Party Did Not Include A Full Description Due To The Limited Field Size (Number Of Characters).
