Landscaping Work – Donaupark Ost Permanent Facilities, Outdoor Facilities. Parking Lot The Parking Lot In Donaupark Ost Combines Functional Requirements With High Design Standards. The Aim Is To Consistently Unseal While Ensuring Efficient Use. The Surfaces Are Designed To Be Largely Open To Seepage; Any Rainwater That Occurs Is Retained On Site And Fed Into The Natural Water Cycle. The Parking Spaces Are Organized With So-Called Scraper Boards, Which Allow An Overhang Of Up To 70 Cm And Thereby Maximize The Amount Of Green Within The Parking Areas. In Addition, Extra-Long Parking Spaces Are Provided For Larger Vehicles Or Trailers. Individual Parking Spaces Will Be Directly Equipped With E-Charging Options, While All Parking Rows Will Be Prepared For Future Retrofitting Using Empty Pipe Systems. A Barrier-Free Bus Stop Will Be Sensibly Integrated Into The Development Concept. To The West, A Shared Footpath And Cycle Path Connects To The Existing Wooded Area And Ensures Safe And Clear Routing. The Spatial Character Of The Facility Is Open And Inviting. Clods From The Concrete Demolition Of The Existing Areas Are Integrated Into The Adjacent Green Areas And Create Differentiated, Exciting Spaces For Stay As Well As For Flora And Fauna. Bicycle Parking Spaces Are Naturally And Functionally Integrated. Fairground The Fairground Is Designed As A Robust, Multifunctional Area That Allows For A Wide Variety Of Uses. A Balanced Combination Of Barrier-Free Asphalt Surfaces, Gravel Areas Open To Seepage And Meadows On The Sides Ensures Both Resilience And Quality Of Stay. The Area Is Generously Dimensioned And Clearly Developed. All Necessary Technical Connections For Events Are Provided. Different Usage Scenarios - From Smaller Events To Larger Festival Formats - Are An Integral Part Of The Planning. Motorhome Parking Space The Mobile Home Parking Space Follows The Guiding Principle Of Balancing Efficiency And Generosity In A Sensitive Natural Area. The Facility Is Located Within A Flood Zone And Is Designed To Minimize Interventions And Take Evacuation Concepts Into Account. A Clear Bypass Enables Easy Access, While Generously Sized Parking Spaces Ensure Comfortable Use. The Necessary Infrastructure Is Bundled: A So-Called Dumping Station Is Housed Exclusively In The Sanitary Building, Which Is Outside The Hq100 Area And Also Offers Toilet Facilities.
