Transport Systems Consultancy Services – Framework Project Management Agreement - Existing And Future Transport Assets (Infrastructure And Rolling Stock) Of The Bordeaux Metropolitan Area. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. The Details Of The Missions Entrusted To The Holder Appear In The Specifications. Services Are Paid By Fixed Prices. The Estimated Amounts Are Indicative And Include All Renewal Periods. This Framework Agreement Is Part Of Various One-Off Modifications And Development Operations Aimed At Modifying Or Improving And Addressing The Phenomenon Of Obsolescence On The Network And Infrastructures Constituting The Transport Assets Of Bordeaux Métropole And Managed By The Concessionaire Of The Public Transport Service “Kb2m”. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Ensure The Maintenance In Operational Condition Of The Existing Tram System Of The Bordeaux Metropolitan Area In All Of Its Components. The Tram System Is Made Up Of Both Tram Infrastructure And Rolling Stock. The Incumbent Will Produce The Design Studies And, Where Applicable, The Work Necessary To Carry Out Suitable Repairs. These Repairs Will Make It Possible To Address In Particular The Aging Of The System, Technical Breakdowns, And The Obsolescence Of The Various Equipment Making Up The Tram System. Place(S) Of Execution: Territory Of Bordeaux Métropole. The Portion Of The Financial Envelope Allocated To The Work By The Project Owner Will Be Fixed When The Purchase Orders Relating To Each Operation Are Issued. Several Missions Can Simultaneously Be Carried Out In Parallel In Different Sectors Of The Community Territory.
