In The Contract, All Construction Work Between Nuppulinna And Jokela Will Be Carried Out Until Completely Completed, Excluding Work On Internal Equipment For Safety Devices, Work Not Included In The Contract Stated In The Tender Documents, And Already Completed Structures. In Addition, The Contract Will Be Carried Out Between Hyvinkää And Riihimäki, E.G. Preloading Structures, Counter Embankments, Maintenance And Private Road Arrangements, Electric Railway Foundations And Electric Railway Works. The Contract Includes, Among Other Things: Foundation Construction Works, Ship And Superstructure Works, Electrical Track, High Current And Lighting Works, Outdoor Equipment Works For Safety Devices, Road And Street Construction Works, Skilled Construction Works, Noise Protection Structures. This Tender Involves Conditional Construction Works Linked To The Financing Decisions/Implementation Agreements Of The Municipality Of Tuusula, Tuusula Vedi And Senate Properties. In These Respects, The Conditional Content Is Marked [With Square Brackets And Green Color] In The Commercial Documents. Funding For These Works Will Be Secured At The Latest During The Request For Tender Phase, And Information About This And The Changes It Causes To The Content Of The Procurement Will Be Sent To Bidders In An Additional Letter Or At The Latest Before Signing The Contract. The Contract Includes, As An Option, Between Jokela-Hyvinkää (Km 49+620 - 59+000) And Hyvinkää-Riihimäki (Km 59+000 - 68+140) And Other Works Related To The Contract Area, Such As E.G. Pre-Loading Structures, Counter-Embankments, Excavation, Culvert Extensions, Undercuttings, Road And Service Roads And Their Changes, Cable Routes, Embankments, Electric Railway Foundations, Cable And Wire Relocations And Protections, Environmental Protection Measures And Works Not Included In The Contract For The Western Side Of Jokela Station. The Option Areas Are Shown In The Appendices Of The Contract Boundary Map. As An Option, Work Related To The Project And Not Part Of The Contract Performance Can Also Be Ordered In The Contract Area Or In Its Immediate Vicinity. The Subscriber Decides To Use The Option(S) During The Contract Period. The Option Can Be Ordered In One Or More Parts. The Option/Options Are Implemented On A Unit Price Basis With The Prices According To The Unit Price List Of Additional And Modification Works Priced By The Contractor In The Bidding Phase And, In The Absence Of Applicable Unit Prices, With The Cost Price. The Customer Requests An Offer From The Contractor For The Implementation Of The Option(S). The Subscriber Orders The Options With Separate Orders/Contract Amendments To The Contract. The Contract Amendment/Order Specifies The Content Of The Option, The Binding Schedule For Implementation, And The Terms Of The Contract In Other Respects Apply To The Implementation Of The Option.
