The Value Of The Smallest Subsequent Contract: 53,884.22 Lei. Frequency And Value Of The Contracts To Be Awarded: Minimum 1 Subsequent Contract In Each Year Of The Framework Agreement. The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Related To The Framework Agreement As Well As The Estimated Minimum And Maximum Quantities Related To A Subsequent Contract Can Be Found As Appendices To The Award Documentation/Specifications. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Modify Subsequent Contracts According To Art. 221 Of Law 98/2016 Amended And Supplemented, Provided That These Changes Do Not Fall Within The Provisions Of Art. 221 Para. Modifications Generated By The Inclusion Of New Subcontractors And/Or The Replacement Of The Initial Subcontractors. The Reason For The Changes: - Various Requirements Of The Contracting Authority; - Various Requirements Of The Environmental Authorities; - Extending The Supply Period; - Introduction Of Subcontractors Under The Conditions Provided By Law. The Possibility Of Changes: In Order Not To Block The Supply Of Products And The Fulfillment Of The Object Of The Contract. The Proposed Mechanism For Making Possible Changes: The Supplier/Developer Notifies When It Finds Inconsistencies/Inconveniences That Could Lead To Delays Or Non-Performance Of Deliveries.
